Our Story

Why Globalyst Group Exists

Globalyst Group was established in 2024 by Andre Oschadlin. A team covering dedicated entrepreneurs, financial experts, technologists, and business strategists. Our mission is to make wealth-building opportunities more accessible to the middle class.

We were inspired to act by observing the widening wealth gap between the rich and the poor. Rooted in a strong work ethic, our goal is to empower the middle class with opportunities to improve their financial situation through their own efforts. We believe that people place greater value on what they earn rather than what they're given.

We leverage our expertise, connections, and access to capital to build and grow businesses. Once these businesses become profitable, we transfer ownership to the employees allowing them to become asset owners themselves.

Access to a family office network throughout the US, Asia and Australia.

Based in Los Gatos, California. Operating at the intersection of deep engineering expertise, global manufacturing, and AI-native venture building.
